You can use tags to store important characteristics about a job; this makes it easier to:

  • Categorise jobs.
  • Find and filter jobs.
  • Prioritise jobs.
  • Communicate important information to your team.
  • Schedule jobs.
  • Assign jobs to the right staff members.
💡 Note: Currently, you can only assign tags to jobs. However in future, we'll allow you to assign tags to other things too.

Where are tags shown?

Tags are displayed on both the Dashboard (jobs list), and on the Mobile App against a job.

Managing tags

With tags, the more effort you put in, the more value you get out. You'll want to think carefully about what tags to create and then get into the habit of tagging jobs when you create them.
