If you no longer want to use a specific Tag, you can archive it; this removes the Tag from view and prevents users from selecting it in future.
💡 Note: You must be an administrator to access the Tags page and archive a tag. Learn more about user permissions.
1. Browse to the Dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Tags screen.
3. Edit the tag you wish to archive.
4. Click the Archive button (bin icon).
If you've archived a tag in error and wish to restore it, you can easily make it active again.
1. Browse to the Dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Tags screen.
3. Select the show archived tags checkbox.
4. Edit the tag you wish to restore.
5. Click the Unarchive button (bin icon with arrow).
