When you upgrade your Flow Mobile Surveying account to the paid version, we'll introduce you to our design partner and add the design to your account when it's ready.
Firstly, we'll introduce you to our design partner. They'll chat with you and create a few designs based on your website and branding elements, such as your logo. After choosing a design, we'll create a dynamic HTML template to add to your survey reports.
The design and build process usually takes around one week (longer if the designers have a backlog). However, this may be faster or slower, depending on how quickly you respond with information and feedback.
We wouldn't suggest copying another company's cover page design exactly. However, if you like a design already in our library, let us know, and we'll create something similar for you.
For all paying clients, we offer the first custom cover page free of charge because we want your reports to be the best-looking in the industry. We'll provide a quote if you need additional cover page designs beyond the initial free one.
Our design partners will have a few attempts at the design. If you can't settle on a design you like, we recommend you stick with the default cover page. There's no pressure to change if you don't like the final design —we know that design is subjective.
