The audit may occasionally show warnings about data sync times. You may find these messages concerning, and depending on the reason for the sync issue, they can be. But, more often than not, it's a simple explanation and nothing to worry about.
When surveyors work offline, or they have poor mobile signals, there will be a delay before their changes sync to the cloud.
This is expected behaviour.
It can be risky to spend long periods working offline. If your phone is damaged, lost, or runs out of storage space, any unsynced data will not be recoverable.
This will occur when the mobile clock appears incorrect.
Some "drift" is expected, so we only highlight when the change is over 5 minutes.
This issue should be remedied as soon as possible.
