Enable automatic updates

The best way to ensure you're always on the latest version is to enable automatic app updates.

Enabling automatic updates means you don't have to remember to update the mobile app manually. Your Mobile App will update automatically when we release a new version. Neat!

Updating the Mobile App manually

We recommend enabling automatic updates if possible. But if that's not possible, you can update the Mobile App manually:

1. Open your mobile device.

2. Browse to the Google Play Store or Apple iOS Store (depending on your device type).

3. Search for "Flow Mobile Surveying".

4. Tap Update to get the latest version.

Note: If you're already using the latest version of the app, the button will say Open instead of Update.
