Pausing image uploads prevents the mobile app from uploading images in the background. Text data will still be uploaded and kept in sync in real-time.

Why pause image uploads?

The main reason for pausing your image uploads is to preserve your data if you're using a limited data plan. Pausing image uploads can also extend your battery life.

Preserve data until you have a Wi-Fi connection

Images are uploaded free of charge using Wi-Fi rather than costing you for each uploaded image.

Extend your battery life

‍Pausing image uploads extends your battery life because the app makes fewer demands on your mobile device.

To pause image uploads

1. Log in to the Mobile App.

2. Tap the Menu Icon.

3. Tap Media Uploads.

4. Toggle Enable Media Uploads to "off".

To resume image uploads

1. Log in to the Mobile App.

2. Tap the Menu Icon.

3. Tap Media Uploads.

4. Toggle Enable Media Uploads to "on".

Note: Once you toggle Media Uploads to "on" images should resume uploading immediately (assuming you have an internet connection).
