With Flow Mobile Surveying you're not locked to a single device, and there's no concept of transferring licenses between devices. In fact, there's nothing preventing our users from installing the app on multiple devices at the same time. This is really handy in case something happens to your primary device and you need to use a backup phone or tablet to complete a survey.
To use a new device to carry out a survey simply download the app and log in with your email address and password. If you've forgotten your password you can reset it on your new phone or tablet.
