There may be times when you want to export your Flow data into a spreadsheet, for example, if you want to:

• Import data to a 3rd party system.
• Switch from Flow to another surveying app.
• Analyse the data for reporting purposes.

We want to make the export process as simple as possible, so there are several tools you can use.

How to Export Data

Follow the instructions below to export the type of data you need:

• Export the Jobs List
  Export a list of jobs matching your search criteria.

• Export Report Data
  Export all the data from a single report.‍
  ‍
• Copy Table Data
  Copy data from any individual table within a report.
