When the data you're adding is similar to a previously created inspection item, you can copy the original inspection item to save time.

How to copy an inspection record

1. On the Mobile App, navigate to the inspection list

2. Swipe Right on the inspection item you want to copy

3. Cherry-pick the fields you want to copy

Note: To copy all data, tap Select All Fields. Images are excluded from 'All Fields'. If you want to copy images too, tap Select All Images or tap the individual images you want to copy.

4. The new inspection record will appear on the screen.

5. Make any changes then click Save.
