How can I contact your team?

What's the typical process if I'm interested in the software?

Typically, we'd suggest running through an online demo with our team to start. Then we can set you up with a test account. If you've used the product before, we can set you up immediately.

How long does it take to get a reply?

We aim to respond to all queries within 24 working hours, but we'll likely get back to you sooner.

What are your support hours?

We are open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. We do not work on Bank Holidays.

Where is your office located?

We are based at Bank House, Pilgrim Street, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear, NE1 6QE (United Kingdom)

Can I visit your office in person?

We generally don't allow drop-in visits as we are often busy with client demos and meetings. But if you're interested in our product or are an existing client, please schedule an appointment, and we'll happily meet you at our office.

Are you interested in investment?

No, we are a proudly self-financed, bootstrapped company. We are not interested in external investment right now.
