Our vision for the company is to be the Webflow for industrial documents. We need you to help us reach the next milestone for our company. As Technical Support Lead youâll build rapport with our clients and will gain a deep understanding of our product.
Youâll be responsible for onboarding clients, setting up their templates and making sure they get the most out of the system. A big part of the job is talking to clients and keeping them happy. Youâll need to absorb a few niche skills from Paul and David to be successful; weâre excited to teach you!
Our product uses âtemplatesâ that let clients collect on-site inspection data and create reports in a way thatâs unique to their business. Youâll work with clients to customise templates to match their business processes.
Your time will be divided between talking to customers and developing templates.

Having some technical aptitude is a must.
Specific frontend skills are helpful; HTML, CSS and Javascript. The right candidate will be able to pick these up quickly.
Youâll build rapport with clients to understand their needs, and communicate any desires or frustrations back to the management team to help us build a world-class product.
Weâll be hiring based on good customer service and a friendly, positive attitude. Weâre looking for someone who is a quick learner and flexible.Â
